 If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date subject to the below conditions. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of delivery confirmation.


Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account for the cost of the purchase. Please email us and provide tracking information when you decide to return to let us know when we can expect it, this way you will get your refund faster and ensure that we have received the return as expected with a POD. Please allow 7-14 business days for the credit to be processed and appear in your account.

If received in new condition within 30 days of purchase, we will refund for the cost of the product that you have returned, we do not provide refunds on the cost of shipping to or from your location.


If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for the replacement to be processed and be sure to let us know what you would like exchanged for.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all accessories.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the items that we manufacture.
